Use of the Service
Interview Whisper is intended for personal job-seeking use. You may not use it in a manner that violates any applicable law, infringes on third-party rights, or interferes with the integrity of interviews in contexts where AI assistance is explicitly prohibited by the employer or platform terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers at our discretion.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your resume, transcripts, and any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers or interview outcomes. AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate — you are responsible for what you say in interviews.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Whisper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
