Information We Collect
We collect your email address when you sign up, your resume text if you choose to upload it, interview transcripts from sessions you record, and usage data to enforce plan limits. We do not collect audio — transcription is done locally in your browser using the Web Speech API.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide the Interview Whisper service: generating AI suggestions, saving session history, and enforcing subscription limits. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Resume content and transcripts are stored encrypted at rest. Authentication tokens are short-lived and handled by Supabase Auth.
Payments
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Data Retention
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@interviewwhisper.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
